Are you looking for an extended hours kindergarten program or child care?

 

Childrens Garden take enrolments for children aged between 1 to 5 or 6 years old. We encourage parents to have a tour of our unique kindergarten and child care centre. We have a wonderful, all natural centre that serves organic and biodynamic food prepared in our kitchen.

1. WAITLIST: Complete the Waitlist Registration Form and submit with application fee of $60.

2. Call or email us to book a tour visit: (03) 9699-1913 or info@childrensgarden.net.au

3. If you are successful, the Centre will email a formal Offer of Place, fee schedule and information for families.

4. Return Acceptance of Place form with non-refundable holding deposit of $300. 

5. Complete Enrolment Form and pay refundable bond of $1200. Confirm orientation dates & times. Sign Complying Written Agreement.

6. Complete orientation visits and attend introductory meeting with room leader. 

7. ENGAGE WITH OUR COMMUNITY: If you would like to, please consider what active role you might like to take in the Centre: Class Carer, gardening, cooking with the children, or art & craft in your room. Your contribution is valued in our community. You are invited to participate in some or all of the following:

• Attend review meetings with room leaders (important) 

• Attend termly Parent-Teacher meetings/individual interviews (recommended)

• Read the Centre Newsletter (interesting)

• Participate in Parent Education talks/workshops (preferred)

• Enrol in the Steiner Early childhood course on Saturday afternoons for parents and educators (optional)

• Come to the annual Working Bee (volunteer)

• Attend school festivals and your child's birthday celebration (essential!)
